Tack free time (under room temperature): 10~12 minutes
Curing time for putting into use (depending on different temperature): 12~24 hours

Curing time for full strength (under room temperature): 7 days

User's Guide
1. Pre-treat the rubber surface to be repaired. Clean and roughen the rubber surface.
2. Clean the roughened surface and make the surface free of dust and grease. Please note don't clean the surface with solvent and water.
3. Heat the surface and make it try.
4. Apply the mixed adhesive to the surface to be repaired; and then scrape the adhesive equally by a scraper. The best thickness of the adhesive is 1.5~2.0mm. If you want it thicker, you can apply the adhesive again.
5. After 12~24 hours curing, the repaired conveyor belt can be put into use. For shorten the curing time, you can heat the applied adhesive.
