Quick Overview

This silicone gasket make can make almost any gasket instantly. It can replace most cut gaskets.

It forms to any shape instantly and cures fast. After curing, it resists cracking, shrinking and migration caused by thermal cycling.

It can also work up to 260°C ( 500°F) and of good resistance of oil, water, anti-freeze and transmission fluid. It 's widely used to seal timing chain covers and various other covers.

Product Description

User's Guide
1. Clean all surfaces thoroughly. Remove old gaskets and prepare flange surfaces. Dry and remove all oil and grease.
2. Remove the cap, puncture inner seal of the tube, screw on nozzle and cut the nozzle to desired size.
3. Apply continuously uniform 1~4mm bead around perimeter of one surface. Completely surround all bolt holes.
4. Wait about 10 minutes for silicone to "skin over"; then re-assemble the parts.
5. Silicone dries in 1 hour and allow 24 hours to fully cure and bond.

Notes
1. Leave thickness for gasket when re-assembling. Don't over-tighten the bolts.
2. Acidic silicone releases acetic acid (vinegar-like odor). Use with adequate ventilation.
3. Put back the cap after use.
