Product Description
How to use:
1. Clean the surface of the thread or bolt by cleaner or solvent.
2. Mix the two component equably by the ratio of A:B = 100:3.4 (by weight). The mixture should be used in 6 hours.
3. Apply the mixture on the thread. Please note don't apply the product on the first 2-3 thread.
4. Put the adhesive coated thread or bolt in the oven of 70°C (158°F) for 30 minutes. You can use the pre-coated threads, once they're cooled off.
5. To use the threads pre-coated, just tighten the thread to necessary torque. Normally, 30-60 minutes after assembling, the tightened bolts can be put into use. However, for bolts working under extreme vibration, wait until it fully cures.
